VI Before you come in
The six things people ask
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open and we'll get you in the first free chair — usually inside twenty minutes on a weekday. Saturdays fill up fast, so book those ahead if you can.
How long will I actually be here?
A cut is forty-five minutes in the chair. A hot-towel shave is the same. The Full Hour runs ninety. If we're running behind we'll tell you the real number when you arrive, not a hopeful one.
Where do I park?
There's two-hour free street parking along Liberty and Chemeketa, and the Marion Parkade is a three-minute walk with the first hour free. Don't feed a meter for us — take the parkade.
Can I bring my kids?
Please do. We keep a booster step, a drawer of comics, and enough patience for a cut that takes three sittings. Twelve and under is $28, or $62 for a Father & Son pair.
What if I don't like the cut?
Come back inside seven days and we'll put it right, no charge and no argument about whose fault it was. That's been the deal since 2014.
Do you take card?
Card, tap, and cash. Tips are welcome and genuinely never expected — nobody here works on commission.
Anything else — just ring. Somebody who cuts hair here will pick up.
